First of all, congratulations!
We know that a Wedding is a very special occasion, but it requires a lot of planning and preparation. This is why we have created simple bar hire options for you so you have one less thing to think about.
We discuss with our couples every aspect of our bar package, from specific drinks you may love and want to share with your guests to your colours and styling and everything in between. We will provide a varied selection of wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks for your guests, however, we are more than happy to accommodate any special requests that you may have and will work with you to create the perfect drinks menu.

Hire The Box Bar for: £250
We operate a clear pricing tariff with no extra hidden charges. The booking fee above covers the following:

Secures your date and booking

Two friendly and experienced members of staff

Our travel within 25 miles of our base in Liverpool is included, anything above this will be charged at 30p per mile.

Bar Hire for duration of event (up to 11.00pm, thereafter we can discuss options)

High quality reusable plastic glassware, eco-friendly napkins, stirrers and straws

Our own power if needed
Depending on what package you chose there may be a minimum spend required, however this will be pre-agreed on initial booking consultation.

Bar Hire Options
Bespoke pacakges
We can also do a combination of these packages, for example we could provide welcome drinks followed by table drinks and then run as a cash bar for the night.
You tell us what you want and we'll get it for you. This can include specialist spirits, cocktails, welcome drinks, table wine and even champagne/prosecco for toasting.
If you're feeling really generous and want to treat you're guests ask us about our "drink the bar dry package"
Instead of table drinks why not give your guests some drink tokens? you could buy a certain amount of tokens for your guests and once they're gone your guest can buy whatever else they would like to drink.

We can tailor our bar to whatever you desire, we could set up a pimp your prosecco station, create custom cocktails and name them after you or your guests. Let us know your ideas and we can try our best to accommodate them to make your dream day come true.

We have something to suit every budget so get in touch and let's work it out together.
Apply for a temporary events notice if the venue does not have a licence. (This will be an additional charge of £25)
